I’m a PT with nearly a decade of experience. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY Downstate, but my real education comes from treating the diverse populations I've worked with, from young athletes to seniors, those facing challenges with pre- and post-operative care, neurological conditions, and especially spinal injuries. My passion for treating the whole person—not just a collection of symptoms—is at the core of my practice.
I believe that true healing comes from a partnership. My approach to physical therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and I work hard to not only treat your body but to also empower you. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to take charge of your own recovery. That's why I customize every rehabilitation plan to align with your personal goals and daily life. This also includes a strong focus on preventative care and helping you learn to advocate for yourself in a healthcare system that can often feel overwhelming. My specialized training, including courses with the McKenzie Institute, allows me to offer evidence-based treatment for spinal and extremity issues.
Outside of work, my happy place includes runs with my rescue dog, getting lost in a good book and eating my way through LA with my friends and family.
